Job summary

Ultimate HR Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead a SAP EC Payroll implementation from scoping through go-live and post-implementation support. You will coordinate HR, IT and external vendors, gather payroll requirements, manage timelines, risks, and ensure integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires 8+ years in SAP EC Payroll, multinational exposure in the Middle East, and certifications such as SAP Certified Application

Qualifications

8+ years in SAP EC Payroll implementation with multinational exposure in the Middle East.
Proven track record delivering SAP EC Payroll projects end-to-end.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central integration with SAP Payroll.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end SAP EC Payroll implementation from scoping to go-live and post-implementation support.
Gather and define payroll requirements with key stakeholders.
Coordinate HR, IT, and external vendor teams.
Identify and mitigate risks, and keep project plans, timelines, and status reports current.
Ensure the solution integrates with HC systems and meets regulatory requirements.
Run end-user training to drive adoption.
