Job summary

Ultimate HR Solutions in Dubai is seeking an experienced SAP ECP Solution Architect - Payroll to lead end-to-end design and architecture for SAP ECP deployments. You will blueprint payroll, configure schemas, wage types, and ensure seamless EC-ECP integrations with Payroll, Finance, and third-party systems in a multi-country setup.

The role requires 10+ years in SAP HR/Payroll, including 5+ years in SAP ECP SuccessFactors, with strong governance, data migration oversight, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SAP HR/Payroll, including 5+ years in SAP ECP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in multi-country payroll design and cloud payroll governance.
• Strong EC-ECP integration, schema, rules, and payroll compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management.
• SAP SuccessFactors Payroll certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution design and technical architecture for SAP ECP (schemas, wage types, configuration standards).
• Lead payroll blueprinting, configuration, parallel runs, UAT, and cutover.
• Architect integrations between Employee Central, Payroll, Finance, and third-party solutions.
• Oversee data migration, Payroll Control Centre and audit/compliance frameworks.
• Act as technical design authority, reviewing SI/vendor deliverables against architecture standards.
• Align HR, Finance and IT stakeholders around payroll objectives.
