Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling and controlling construction projects across multiple phases
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets and resource allocation plans using industry tools
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and vendors to achieve key project milestones
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions
• Review and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals and change orders
• Track key performance indicators and provide detailed progress updates to senior stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi building codes, safety standards and quality requirements
• Assist in stakeholder communications and client coordination to maintain strong project relationships
• Contribute to project closeout documentation and final reporting processes

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project or construction management within the UAE or Middle East
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project delivery frameworks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi regulatory requirements and authority approvals
• PMP certification preferred
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, contracts and specifications
