Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in project or construction management within the UAE or Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi regulatory requirements and authority approvals.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, contracts and specifications.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and controlling construction projects.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project milestones.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and identify risks.
• Review and manage project documentation including RFIs and change orders.
