Job summary

Ardent Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Handover in Abu Dhabi to lead the final stages of delivery, coordinate authorities and assist with customer handover. The role requires strong stakeholder management, a deep understanding of the UAE development process, and a proven track record in project handovers for large residential and mixed-use schemes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• 10+ years of UAE real estate project delivery and handover experience preferred.
• Strong QA/QC, snagging and defect management knowledge and excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the handover and close-out of large-scale residential and mixed-use developments.
• Manage the completion process from practical completion through to final handover.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure works are completed on programme.
• Oversee inspections and approvals to meet required standards for handover.
• Ensure all documentation (as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties) is complete prior to handover.
