Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking a Facility Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of how spaces are built, delivered and maintained across UAE retail hubs, refurbishment centres, yards and offices. This is a hands‑on role requiring reading drawings, negotiating with contractors, securing approvals and on-site verification to ensure work matches the plan.

You will manage civil, MEP, HVAC, electrical and fire safety works, coordinate across sites, drive budgets and CAPEX, and ensure

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in facility projects or infrastructure management with a strong construction fit-out background.
• Proven track record delivering multi-site build-out or fit-out projects end-to-end in UAE/GCC.
• Strong working knowledge of local authority approval processes and building regulations.
• Experience in retail, automotive, industrial, warehousing or logistics environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery (Construction): Manage the full life cycle of construction fit-out and civil works projects from concept through design, execution and handover.
• Infrastructure Planning – New Site Development: Support site identification and feasibility assessments for new retail hubs and yards.
• Vendor Contractor & Cost Management: Source, evaluate and appoint contractors and suppliers; manage scope, SLAs and costs.
• Regulatory Approvals & Compliance: Manage authority approvals and permits; ensure works comply with UAE building codes and safety regulations.
• Facilities Management: Handover & Operations: Ensure smooth handover of completed sites; oversee maintenance of MEP systems.
• Health, Safety & Sustainability: Champion HSE culture; ensure compliance and energy efficiency considerations.
