Job summary

AHS, a leading luxury real estate developer, seeks an experienced Handover Manager to oversee the transition of properties from completion to ownership. The role focuses on delivering premium client experiences, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless handover journey for buyers.

The Handover Manager will be the primary contact for clients during handover, managing documentation, inspections, payments, and delivery procedures while upholding luxury

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property handover, customer relations, customer experience, or real estate operations.
• Proven experience managing client handovers within luxury real estate or property development is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the property delivery and handover process.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships, expectations, and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete property handover process from pre-handover preparations to final unit delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the handover journey, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.
• Coordinate and schedule property inspections, snagging visits, and handover appointments.
• Guide clients through required documentation, payments, approvals, and handover procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of handover status, client communications, and outstanding requirements.
• Prepare regular handover reports, tracking completed handovers, pending actions, client feedback, and key issues.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
• Manage client inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure all handover documentation, keys, access cards, and related materials are prepared and delivered accurately.
• Monitor client satisfaction throughout the handover process and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Conduct property walkthroughs and ensure clients receive a detailed understanding of their units and facilities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and service providers.
• Support handover events, property launches, and client engagement activities when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and luxury service standards.
