Job summary

Burckhardt Compression (US) Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of complex reciprocating compressor projects across the Middle East from Dubai, UAE.

The role requires coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across borders, managing scope and risk, and ensuring on-time delivery to high standards. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, QA, and field service to ensure contractual and technical compliance, while maintaining profitability and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or process engineering (or similar) required.
• 3+ years' experience in a similar role or industry.
• MBA or PMP certification would be an advantage.
• Fluent in English; business fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
• Team player with focus on quality and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of reciprocating compressor package projects from order intake to client handover.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, schedule, quality, and financial targets.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Serve as primary customer contact throughout project execution.
• Coordinate cross-country teams and interfaces between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, QA, logistics, and field service.
• Lead project reviews, progress updates, and contractual discussions with clients.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and manage change control to protect profitability.
