Job summary

Burckhardt Compression AG in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of complex reciprocating compressor projects across the Middle East. You will manage international stakeholders and ensure delivery from contract award through commissioning and handover.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across countries, manage budgets, schedules and risks, and maintain strong customer relationships while safeguarding project profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or process engineering or similar education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar business.
• MBA or PMP certification is advantageous.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete execution of reciprocating compressor projects from order intake to final handover to the client.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams located across multiple countries and time zones.
• Manage interfaces between engineering centers, manufacturing facilities, procurement, quality, logistics and field service.
• Ensure projects meet contractual, technical, schedule, quality and financial targets.
• Support invoicing milestones, cash collection and financial forecasting activities.
• Drive safety, quality accountability and continuous improvement across the project team.
