Job summary

Sobha Constructions in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The role focuses on planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.

You will coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree and 15+ years of delivery experience, GCC exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in civil construction.
• Experience with high-rise residential/commercial projects from inception to handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of high-rise construction projects.
• Ensure delivery within schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, risks, resource allocation, and project costs.
