Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology seeks an experienced façade lighting Project Manager in Abu Dhabi to oversee design coordination, procurement, installation, commissioning, handover, and maintenance.

Lead cross‑disciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, and procurement while ensuring quality and client satisfaction across international suppliers and projects.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Traxon and other architectural lighting systems.
• Proficient with DMX, DALI and other lighting control platforms.
• Experience with commissioning, troubleshooting and project handover.
• Minimum 10 to 15 years field experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete architectural and façade lighting projects.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage project schedule, budget, resources, procurement, and site activities.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and project requirements.
• Coordinate installation and commissioning of DMX, DALI, Art-Net, sACN, and other lighting control systems.
• Ensure compatibility and integration between fixtures, controllers, decoders, power supplies, and control networks.
• Coordinate systems from Traxon and other international lighting manufacturers/suppliers.
• Monitor testing, commissioning, programming, snagging, and final handover.
• Manage technical issues, variations, risks, and client requirements.
• Coordinate emergency response and critical lighting-system failures.
• Ensure proper project documentation, reports, and as-built information.
