Job summary

JAZAL ENGINEERING & CONTRACTING LLC is seeking a seasoned Facade Lighting Project Manager to lead end-to-end lighting projects. You will coordinate clients, consultants, engineers and suppliers to deliver on schedule, budget, and quality, while ensuring seamless design coordination, procurement, installation, commissioning and maintenance.

The role requires strong DMX, DALI, Art-Net and sACN knowledge, and a minimum 10–15 years in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Electrical & Electronics Communications.
• 10–15 years of field experience required.
• Strong understanding of Traxon and architectural lighting systems.
• Knowledge of DMX control platforms and networking.
• Experience with commissioning, troubleshooting and handover.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete facade lighting projects from design to handover.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, architects, designers, engineers and suppliers.
• Oversee project schedule, budget, resources, procurement and site activities.
• Review specifications, drawings, BOQs and project requirements.
• Coordinate installation and commissioning of lighting control systems (DMX, DALI, Art‑Net, sACN).
• Ensure integration between fixtures, controllers, decoders and power supplies.
• Coordinate systems from Traxon and other manufacturers.
• Monitor testing, commissioning, programming, snagging and handover.
• Manage technical issues, variations, risks and client requirements.

Position Overview

Responsible for managing facade lighting projects from design coordination and procurement through installation commissioning handover and maintenance ensuring delivery within schedule budget quality and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete architectural and facade lighting projects.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, architects, designers, engineers, contractors and suppliers.
• Manage project schedule, budget, resources, procurement and site activities.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, BOQs and project requirements.
• Coordinate installation and commissioning of DMX, DALI, Art-Net, sACN and other lighting control systems.
• Ensure compatibility and integration between fixtures, controllers, decoders, power supplies and control networks.
• Coordinate systems from Traxon and other international lighting manufacturers suppliers.
• Monitor testing, commissioning, programming, snagging and final handover.
• Manage technical issues, variations, risks and client requirements.
• Coordinate emergency response and critical lighting-system failures.
• Ensure proper project documentation, reports and as-built information.

Required Knowledge: Strong understanding of Traxon and other architectural lighting systems, DMX control platforms, lighting fixtures, control architecture, networking, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Bachelor of Engineering/Technology - (Electrical & Electronics Communication) Minimum 10 to 15 years field experience are required.
