Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a permanent role in Sharjah, UAE. You will oversee multiple construction projects from planning to handover, drive budgets, procurement, and stakeholder management across several sites while ensuring quality, safety, and commercial objectives.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with 15-20+ years of PM experience in construction, fluent in English and Hindi, and UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 15-20+ years of construction project management experience.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• UAE/GCC construction experience preferred.
• PMP certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple ongoing construction projects from planning to handover.
• Lead project execution, operations, procurement, and resource allocation across sites.
• Monitor budgets, cost control, cash flow, and commercial performance.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and HSE standards.
• Drive project planning, progress monitoring, risk management, and reporting.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading construction and civil engineering company based in Sharjah, UAE.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing project execution, operations, budgeting, and team performance while ensuring successful delivery within quality, safety, and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple ongoing construction projects from planning to handover.
• Lead project execution, operations, procurement, and resource allocation across multiple sites.
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, cash flow, and commercial performance.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and HSE standards.
• Drive project planning, progress monitoring, risk management, and reporting.
• Coordinate authority approvals and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 15-20+ years of experience in construction project management.

• Strong Interior Fit-Out experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in project execution, operations management, budget control, procurement, and stakeholder management.

• UAE/GCC construction experience is highly preferred.
• PMP certification will be an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
