About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful execution of complex projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and coordination skills, along with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and client expectations in a structured and proactive manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project planning and execution, developing and monitoring timelines in collaboration with the project planner.

Oversee team performance and task tracking using Jira, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Coordinate between internal departments to maintain workflow efficiency and resolve interdepartmental conflicts.

Provide regular progress reports to both the client and company leadership, including updates on deliverables, milestones, and risks.

Identify, assess, and manage project risks, while ensuring optimal resource allocation and budget control.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager on medium to large-scale projects.

Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Jira experience is a must).

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.

Preferred:

Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.

Familiarity with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
