Job summary

Mission.dev is seeking a Project Manager to lead on-site, end-to-end integrations of Oracle Fusion ERP and hospitality systems in Dubai. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and timely delivery for luxury hospitality projects.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, technical coordination, and deep experience with ERP integrations within a systems integration environment. Dubai-based on-site work is expected for project duration.

Qualifications

• Experience managing integrations for Oracle Fusion platforms.
• Professional experience in technical project management within the IT or systems integration domain.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at client locations for the duration of the project.

• Lead the deployment and integration of enterprise-grade cloud resource planning platforms.
• Oversee technical implementations for hospitality-specific systems, including property management and point-of-sale solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from initial planning through execution and final delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure seamless data flow between integrated systems.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure compliance with client requirements and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison for stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and proactive risk assessments.
• Resolve technical hurdles and integration challenges between specialized hotel applications and core business backbones.

About the Role

On-site in Dubai

The Project Manager will lead complex technical implementations within the hospitality sector, specifically focusing on the integration of enterprise resource planning systems and specialized guest-facing technologies. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle directly from a client site, ensuring digital transformation goals are met within established timelines. You will serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders to drive operational excellence and ensure seamless system interoperability in a high-stakes environment.

What You’ll Do

• Basic knowledge of hotel applications such as Opera PMS, Simphony POS, and Spa systems, with previous experience integrating these systems with ERP platforms being an advantage.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at client locations for the duration of the project.
