Job summary

MultiBank Group, a regulated fintech, seeks experienced Project Managers to coordinate complex initiatives across Engineering, Design, Product, and Operations in Dubai. You will plan, track, and deliver projects on time while driving operational excellence and strong stakeholder communication.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of technical PM experience, solid SDLC understanding, and proficiency with Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.

MultiBank Group is a 20-year-old regulated fintech with strong fundamentals and significant growth potential. We're at an inflection point - modernizing our consumer trading platforms (crypto spot and CFD) to capture a major market opportunity during an unprecedented period of trading volatility.

We need experienced Project Managers to ensure complex initiatives ship on time and deliver business value.

The Challenge

You'll coordinate cross-functional projects spanning Engineering, Design, Product, Operations, and business stakeholders. This requires PMs who can create clarity from chaos, identify and resolve blockers proactively, and keep teams aligned and moving forward.

The role demands strong organizational skills, stakeholder management expertise, and the ability to adapt plans as circumstances change.

What You'll Do
