Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Project Manager based in Dubai to support initiatives in the Digital Assets space. The role blends project management with hands-on business analysis and requires coordinating cross-functional teams across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of PM/BA experience, strong stakeholder skills, and a PMP/PRINCE2 certification. This hybrid position offers exposure to international banking projects and the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of Project Management or related experience.
• Digital Assets experience is essential.
• Strong Project Management and Business Analysis capabilities.
• PMP / PRINCE2 or other relevant Project Management certification.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
• Comfortable taking on both PM and BA responsibilities in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring timelines, scope and budgets are effectively managed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive project milestones and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, scope documents and status reports.
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder discussions and project reviews.
• Perform hands-on Business Analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation and coordination with business and technology stakeholders.
• Support project budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to be based in Dubai, supporting projects within the Digital Assets space.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is comfortable managing projects end-to-end while also taking on Business Analysis responsibilities when required.
