Job summary

builtroom is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee villa and residential projects from planning through construction and handover. You will coordinate design teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver premium residential developments.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and a deep understanding of construction processes for luxury villas. You will ensure timely delivery within budget and maintain high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering villa/luxury residential projects.
• Experience coordinating architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential projects from design coordination through execution, handover and close-out.

• Monitor programme, budget, quality, resources and project deliverables.
