Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience delivering multi-disciplinary industrial or infrastructure projects.

• Experience with contracts, scope management and variation handling.
• Familiarity with CCUS or CO2-related projects is desirable.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from feasibility through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Act as the integration lead across all workstreams (CO2 capture, transport, water, grid, injection, mineralisation).
• Define and manage interfaces across stakeholders and workstreams.
• Drive delivery of critical infrastructure, especially water pipelines and utility connections.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and risk registers with proactive mitigation.
• Monitor contractor performance, procurement, and supply chain execution.
• Ensure HSSE performance across all project activities.
• Coordinate with CO2 suppliers, logistics, utilities, EPCs, and regulators.
• Support contracting strategy, scope definition, and variation management.
• Maintain alignment across stakeholders with differing priorities.
• Contribute to early-stage project development and option evaluation.
• Lead stage-gate reviews and report to senior leadership.
• Be willing to spend time on-site during construction and commissioning.

Job Description

About The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager / Project Lead to deliver integrated CO₂mineralisation projects, starting with a UAE-based project involving CO₂capture from a wastewater source, liquefaction, transport, and permanent storage.

This is not a conventional EPC role. You will lead a multi-stakeholder, interface-heavy project, coordinating across CO₂suppliers, transport logistics, utilities, and subsurface injection systems.

You will act as the single point of integration, ensuring all project components align technically, commercially, and on schedule.

The role requires balancing technical depth, project management discipline, and stakeholder alignment in a highly integrated and evolving project environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from feasibility through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning

• Be willing to spend time on-site during construction and commissioning phases

Who You Are

• 12+ years of experience deliveringmulti-disciplinary industrial or infrastructure projects (energy, CCUS, oil & gas, or similar)
• Proven track record ininterface-heavy, multi-stakeholder project environments
• Strong experience in at least one of the following:
  • Pipeline Projects
  • Industrial plant projects
  • Utilities and grid connections
• Experience managinginterface risks across multiple contractors or partners
• Strong understanding ofproject controls, risk management, and contractor coordination
• Commercial awareness, including experience withcontracts, scope management, and variations
• Comfortable working inambiguous, fast-evolving environments
• Able to communicate effectively with bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in the Middle East (UAE preferred) is a strong advantage
• Experience in CCUS or CO₂related projectsis desirable
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
