Job summary

DP World is seeking a Project HSE Manager based in Dibba, Fujairah, UAE. You will lead all HSE activities across assigned DP World projects, ensure compliance with DP World standards and local regulations, and foster a zero-harm safety culture to support project delivery.

The role requires management of HSE plans, risk assessments, contractor oversight, audits, and incident investigations, with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health & safety, Engineering, or related discipline.
• NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent.
• Lead Auditor qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE leadership and drive a safety culture across the project.
• Develop, implement, and monitor project HSE management plans.
• Review contractor HSE performance and ensure corrective actions.
• Coordinate compliance with local regulations and DP World standards.
• Lead incident investigations and communicate lessons learned.
• Coordinate training and competence for safety-critical activities.
• Develop emergency preparedness plans and drills.
• Monitor HSE performance indicators and reporting.
