Job summary

DP World in Dibba, Fujairah seeks a Project HSE Manager to lead, develop, implement and monitor health, safety and wellbeing across DP World projects. Based in Fujairah, the role drives a zero-harm culture, ensures DP World standards and local laws are met, and partners with authorities.

The ideal candidate has a top safety degree, NEBOSH Diploma, Lead Auditor, 8+ years HSE experience, and strong leadership, stakeholder management and contractor governance. UAE experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health & safety, engineering or related field.
• NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent required.
• Lead Auditor qualification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety leadership and governance for DP World projects.
• Develop, implement and monitor project HSE management plans.
• Oversee contractor HSE onboarding, audits, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and DP World standards.
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide training and competence programs for safety-critical work.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, drills and response readiness.
• Monitor and report HSE performance to leadership and stakeholders.
