Job summary

Revive Renovation in Dubai is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and execution across residential and commercial fitout projects - bridging design, procurement, site execution, and documentation under the guidance of the Project Manager. The role requires 5+ years in UAE fitout/construction, fluency in English, and a Civil/Architectural engineering degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UAE project engineering experience in fitout or construction.
• Understanding of Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees approvals.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking project execution from kickoff to handover.
• Prepare and maintain project programs/schedules (MS Project or equivalent); update progress and flag delays.
• Review architectural, joinery, and MEP drawings; coordinate revisions and approvals with design team.
• Coordinate with in-house joinery factory, landscaping team, and external subcontractors on deliverables and timelines.
• Track authority approval processes (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees) and ensure documentation is submitted on time.
• Assist with cost tracking - comparing actual spend against budget, flagging variations.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and client/consultant correspondence.
• Coordinate site visits, inspections, and quality checks alongside the Site Engineer/Supervisor.
• Maintain organized project documentation: drawings, submittals, RFIs, variation orders, snag lists.
• Support handover process - compiling as-built drawings, warranties, and O&M documentation.

Revive Renovation is a Dubai-based fitout and renovation company with in-house joinery and landscaping teams, allowing us to manage production and installation quality end-to-end rather than relying solely on subcontractors. Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in fitout, interior, or construction projects in the UAE
• Working knowledge of Dubai regulatory approval processes (Municipality, DDA, Trakhees etc)
• Strong understanding of fitout project workflows - design, procurement, production, site execution
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and AutoCADStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and documentation simultaneously
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Engineering degree (Civil/Architectural) or equivalent technical qualification
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills
