Job summary

Agile Consultants in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Project Engineer to oversee daily factory production activities within interior fit-out and joinery manufacturing. You will lead production planning, coordinate with design, QA/QC and site teams, and ensure targets are met while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in engineering and production operations, with mandatory interior fit-out experience. UAE experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant engineering experience in joinery, interior fit-out, or manufacturing operations.
• Previous UAE experience preferred.
• Mandatory experience in interior fit-out industry.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities to ensure smooth factory operations.

• Optimise production processes to improve operational efficiency and minimise material waste.
