Job summary

Reliance Human Resources Consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for a Facilities Management company in Dubai. The role focuses on supervising MEP/HVAC maintenance and fit-out projects across retail outlets, shopping malls, and commercial properties.

Candidates should have 5–6 years of FM experience with a strong MEP/HVAC background, hands-on maintenance, and project execution expertise. Excellent client coordination and HSE awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of Facilities Management experience.
• Strong technical background in MEP/HVAC.
• Experience managing retail outlets, shopping malls or commercial properties is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise MEP/HVAC maintenance and fit-out projects.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards and timely project execution.
• Manage technicians and coordinate daily work schedules.
• Allocate manpower and resources based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with the Facility Manager for BOQ preparation and project estimations.
• Liaise with clients to understand maintenance and fit-out requirements.
• Prepare Method Statements, Risk Assessments and technical reports.
• Coordinate with Procurement for project materials.
• Review and approve technical quotations.
• Conduct HSE training and Toolbox Talks for technicians.
• Monitor PPM activities and compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor staff performance and identify training requirements.
• Identify additional business opportunities through existing clients.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
