• Support the team in managing the entire project lifecycle from mobilization through to project completion and invoicing
• Assist in planning organizing and coordinating site activities to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
• Work closely with the Operations and Logistics teams to schedule and coordinate the required equipment personnel and resources for each project
• Prepare and maintain project documentation reports and status updates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Communicate project progress updates and potential issues to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Attend project and technical meetings as required and support project coordination activities
