The role combines operational and administrative duties, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and customers to meet milestones, ensure safety, and optimize costs in earthmoving

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating the full project lifecycle from mobilization to invoicing.
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate site activities to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with Operations and Logistics to allocate equipment and resources.
• Prepare project documentation and status reports.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate progress and issues to customers promptly.
• Participate in project and technical meetings; support coordination.
• Stay updated on earthmoving operations and related technologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, quality and cost.
