Job summary

Aertssen Machinery Services in the UAE invites applications for a Project Engineer (Emirati) to join our team on a full-time basis. You will coordinate operations and logistics, attend technical meetings, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate is an Emirati national with a Civil, Mechanical or Industrial engineering degree, proficient in MS Office, with Arabic and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Emirati Nationals with a family book.
• Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Must have a degree in Civil, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in managing the entire project lifecycle from mobilization to invoicing.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating site activities to meet timelines.
• Coordinate with Operations and Logistics to schedule equipment, personnel, and resources.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate project progress and issues to customers promptly.
• Attend project and technical meetings and support coordination activities.
• Stay informed on developments in earthmoving operations.

We are seeking a professional Project Engineer (Emirati) to join our team on a full-time basis. This role combines both operational and administrative responsibilities and requires close coordination with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. As a key member of the team, you will support the successful execution of projects by coordinating operations and logistics, attending technical meetings, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in managing the entire project lifecycle, from mobilization through to project completion and invoicing.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating site activities to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Work closely with the Operations and Logistics teams to schedule and coordinate the required equipment, personnel, and resources for each project.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Communicate project progress, updates, and potential issues to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Attend project and technical meetings as required and support project coordination activities.
• Stay informed of the latest developments, technologies, and best practices in earthmoving operations and related industries.
• Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

Emirati Nationals with a family book.

Working hours:Mondays to Fridays: from 8:00 am to 5pm

Must have a Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, previous engineering experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
