Job summary

Penspen in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to coordinate and support engineering activities from FEED through detailed engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning on petrochemical projects. The role requires strong technical leadership and the ability to manage interfaces across disciplines.

You will liaise with clients, licensors, vendors, and contractors, monitor progress, ensure safety and quality, and drive timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience, with at least 5 years in GCC.
• Experience in FEED and detailed engineering within an EPC or engineering consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of petrochemical process units, utilities, offsites, and multidisciplinary interfaces.

Qualification / Experience (Skills)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in Oil & Gas (5) years in GCC region.
• Must have at least Five (5) years of experience in similar position for international major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects
• Experience in FEED and detailed engineering within an EPC or engineering consultancy environment.
• Good understanding of petrochemical process units, utilities, offsites, and multidisciplinary engineering interfaces.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with major Petrochemicals projects.
