Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi Emirate is seeking a Project Delivery Engineer - Technical Assurance to oversee multidisciplinary delivery from concept through handover, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule and safety requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor in Engineering and at least six years of oil and gas project engineering experience, with hands-on expertise in technical assurance, interface management, and contractor oversight across EPC, PMC and procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering with minimum six years of project-engineering experience in oil and gas.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering deliverables and manage interfaces across disciplines.
• Experience with contractor monitoring, assurance and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Support technical delivery during concept selection, FEED and detailed engineering.
• Assist with construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and handover activities.
• Draft and refine Statements of Requirements with project stakeholders.
• Help establish execution strategies suited to scope, risk and operational constraints.
• Prepare technical information for consultant, PMC and EPC tender packages.
• Contribute to bidder evaluations and selection recommendations.
