Job summary

ADNOC Onshore in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a Project Engineer - EPC Delivery. You will manage multidisciplinary engineering projects from development through handover, coordinating planning, contracting, and site construction to meet scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least eight years of experience in oil and gas project delivery, with strong contractor management and risk control capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project engineering/delivery.
• Experience with EPC contractors and oil & gas assets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create Acquisition Requests and initiate projects with supporting docs.
• Develop contracting strategies with engineering stakeholders.
• Prepare project scopes of work based on approved packages.
• Review budgets against contractor quotations for optimization.
• Coordinate with specialists to resolve Technical Queries.
• Monitor progress, schedule, cost, and EVM across projects.
