Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead multi‑disciplined oil & gas projects in Abu Dhabi. You will supervise planning, contracting, and site execution, ensuring on‑time delivery, safety, and cost control across EPC and PC contracts.

You will provide technical guidance, manage contractor performance, and ensure alignment with ADNOC Group standards and the PD knowledge base. A bachelor degree in engineering and 8+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• 8 years of experience in a similar position within Oil & Gas.
• Knowledge of project controls, HSE and execution standards.

Responsibilities

• Create Acquisition Requests and develop contracting strategy.
• Define project scope of work per approved packages.
• Review budget estimates and optimize costs.
• Review Technical Queries submitted by contractor.
• Participate in tender evaluations against specs.
• Site visits with contractors to assess work and locations.
• Develop and align project execution strategy with site teams.
• Monitor progress, schedule, cost, EV, and QA.
• Manage change orders, contractor claims, and approvals.
• Manage risks and maintain risk register.
• Oversee expenditures and contractor invoices.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and QA requirements.
• Review deliverables and final completion certificates.
• Coordinate with asset owner and PD knowledge base.
