Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and reporting for multiple projects in a dynamic environment. You will help manage schedules, budgets, and resources while coordinating with diverse stakeholders to ensure milestones are met.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of related experience, strong Excel data skills, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborative team player with proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in documentation and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and monitoring of project schedules to meet milestones within budget.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Conduct regular project status meetings; document discussions and actions.
• Support project documentation processes including plans, reports, and presentations.
• Manage resources to optimize workload and team performance.
• Identify risks and issues; propose solutions and escalate when needed.
• Assist in procurement; coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Track project expenses and provide financial updates to keep projects viable.
• Compile and analyze project data for reporting and continuous improvement.
