Job summary

Whizz HR is seeking an experienced Project Architect with strong interior fit-out expertise to lead design development and oversee on-site execution in Dubai. The role requires coordinating architectural, interior, MEP and shop drawings while ensuring compliance with approved designs and specifications.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years UAE experience in interior fit-out, proficiency in AutoCAD, and knowledge of Revit or 3D software to support project delivery across commercial, F&B,

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or relevant qualification.
• 5+ years UAE experience in interior fit-out is mandatory.
• Proven experience on commercial, F&B, hospitality, retail or similar fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, finishes and construction methods.

• Lead and manage architectural works for interior fit-out projects from design development through completion.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Architect with strong Interior Fit-Out experience to work with a leading Interior Fitout company in Dubai!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural works for interior fit-out projects from design development through completion.
• Review and coordinate architectural, interior, MEP and shop drawings.
• Ensure drawings and site execution comply with approved designs, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, project managers and site teams.
• Review material samples, finishes and mock-ups and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor architectural quality and progress.
• Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review RFIs, material submittals, shop drawings and technical documentation.
• Ensure projects are delivered within the required quality, time and design standards.

Requirements

Degree in Architecture or relevant qualification. 5+ years UAE experience in interior fit-out is mandatory. Proven experience working on commercial, F&B, hospitality, retail or similar fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, finishes and construction methods. Proficiency in Auto CAD; knowledge of Revit/3D software is an advantage. Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple project requirements and work under deadlines. Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
