Job summary

BOUNCE MIDDLE EAST in Dubai is seeking a Project and Procurement Coordinator to help bring new venues to life, coordinating projects from concept to opening with suppliers, contractors and internal teams.

The role requires 2–4 years in project coordination and procurement, strong Excel skills and travel across the GCC; you will manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in project coordination and procurement.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially savvy with great attention to detail.
• Experience in fit-out, hospitality, retail, entertainment or similar industries.
• Strong Excel skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel across the GCC.
