Job summary

Euro Mechanical, Abu Dhabi-based, is seeking a Project Administrator to join the Manpower Services team. You will act as the link between clients, personnel, internal teams and service providers, ensuring mobilised staff are compliant, properly allocated and delivered on time.

The role reports to the Operations Manager – Manpower Services and requires coordination across multiple sites, with a focus on robust reporting, SOPs, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project administration, operations coordination or manpower services within the UAE.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong numerical, data and reporting abilities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and proficiency in Hindi; Arabic is an advantage.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive; ability to manage several priorities.
• Strong communication skills to interact with people at all levels, from site personnel to clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for clients and internal stakeholders on manpower planning, mobilisation and in-country movements.
• Respond quickly and effectively to short-term manpower requests and operational enquiries.
• Track and maintain site requirements, including Optima cards, port passes, third‑party training certifications, medical fit‑to‑work clearances and PPE issuance, working with Procurement.
• Monitor existing contracts and support workforce planning, helping shape improvements and SOPs.
• Support quality assurance, ensuring compliance with Euro Mechanical processes, safety guidelines and contract terms.
• Build reports, trackers and database workflows, and present findings to managers across business units.
• Look for smarter ways of working, including new tools and technologies that improve efficiency.
