The Role:
The Program Quality Engineer serves as the central point of contact for all quality-related matters for a defined program across the full lifecycle from early development through manufacturing and into the field. This role works cross-functionally with engineering manufacturing and field teams to ensure segment-leading quality performance and customer satisfaction. The Program Quality Engineer will lead early issue identification and resolution drive robust launch execution and provide clear data-driven insights to senior Quality and Program leadership. This position offers the opportunity to influence major product programs and to shape global quality planning processes and standards.
