Job summary

TALENTMATE is seeking a Sterile Production Technician in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE to operate and monitor sterile manufacturing equipment, ensuring safe and compliant production in line with cGMP, SOPs, and batch records.

The role requires a Diploma or secondary education with experience in sterile manufacturing, knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, and familiarity with cGMP principles. You will work in a full-time capacity with close collaboration across Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or secondary school with 2 years experience in sterile manufacturing.
• Functional knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and understand the operation process.
• Knowledge with cGMP principles and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute production schedules and monitor sterile manufacturing processes.
• Operate production equipment in accordance with approved SOPs and batch records.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP, quality systems, safety procedures, EMS, HSE requirements, and PPE standards.
• Identify and report process deviations, equipment issues, environmental risks, and safety hazards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and other cross-functional departments to prevent production interruptions.
• Support investigations, audits, EHS activities, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Train new employees on sterile production processes and equipment operation.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure documentation is completed correctly and on time.
