Job summary

Albatha Holding LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to plan and organize daily manufacturing activities in a frozen foods environment. You will ensure material readiness, manpower efficiency, and that processes meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, supervising production runs, maintaining records, and driving continuous improvement while adhering to halal, health, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage Company (preferably Frozen Food manufacturing).
• Technical high school/secondary education with minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage Company (preferably Frozen Food manufacturing).
• Knowledge of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems, Halal Man-Management Skills (Staff Allocation, Coaching & Developing staff, Handling Disciplinary & Grievance Issues, Performance Management)
• SAP, MS Office
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Systems

Responsibilities

• Reports to work regularly and ensures that the team in his area of responsibility reports to work regularly according to work schedule defined by the Company.
• Investigates absenteeism in the team and delivers appropriate corrective actions in cooperation with superiors and HR.
• Organizes production according to weekly production plan and in alignment with superiors.
• Organizes the work in areas of responsibility in a most productive way which ensures maximum output with minimal usage of resources (manpower, energy, water, materials, etc.).
• Ensures that the team works in compliance with Company Food Safety Quality Health and Safety rules and procedures.
• Ensures that Operators in the team are trained to operate the machines and that they operate in accordance with Company Policies, Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
• Ensures that all needed resources (raw materials, packaging materials, manpower, etc.) are timely available for each production run in areas of responsibility.
• Ensures that all process parameters in areas of responsibility are within the limits specified by Company Food Safety and Quality standards.
• Ensures that all aspects of product quality (temperature, texture, shape, color, etc.) are complying with Company Quality specifications.
• Ensures that all Production records are timely filled with all required and accurate information as per frequency defined by Company standards
