Job summary

The role focuses on production order management, inventory reconciliation, and logistics coordination to support on-time delivery of finished products. Strong Excel and ERP experience are required, along with fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Production and Order Management: Monitor component orders and production schedules with internal teams and suppliers to avoid delays.
• Component and Inventory Management: Track component availability and reconcile ERP records to prevent discrepancies.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure all components for final assembly are available at designated facilities by deadlines.
• Logistics and Shipments: Coordinate collection, transport and delivery of components between Italian and international suppliers.
• Delivery Planning: Monitor finished product orders and schedules to prevent stock-outs and coordinate follow-ups.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of orders, components, inventory and deliveries.

Role Overview

WYCON Milano, based in Dubai, UAE, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production & Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the production supply chain, ensuring the timely availability of components, efficient supplier coordination and on-time delivery of finished products.

Key Responsibilities

• Production and Order Management: Monitor component orders and production schedules, ensuring timely order placement and production start-up. Follow up with internal departments and suppliers to resolve delays.
• Component and Inventory Management: Monitor component availability and production progress at suppliers. Reconcile physical stock with ERP records, investigate discrepancies and ensure the efficient use of available inventory.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure that all components required for final assembly are available at the designated facilities within established deadlines.
• Logistics and Shipments: Coordinate the collection, transportation and delivery of components and goods between Italian and international suppliers.
• Delivery Planning and Stock-Out Prevention: Monitor finished product orders and delivery schedules, identify potential stock shortages and coordinate necessary follow-ups.
• Reporting and Continuous Monitoring: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, components, inventory and deliveries.

Requirements

• Previous experience in supply chain management, production planning or coordination, preferably involving multiple suppliers.
• Experience in cosmetics, packaging or contract manufacturing industries is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent command of both Italian and English.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
