Job summary

WYCON Milano in Dubai is seeking a proactive Production & Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the production supply chain, ensuring timely availability of components and on-time delivery of finished products. You will coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to monitor progress and prevent delays.

The role requires hands-on organization, attention to detail and strong Excel/ERP skills, with collaboration across international teams to support WYCON Milano's global expansion.

Role Overview

WYCON Milano, based in Dubai, UAE, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production & Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the production supply chain, ensuring the timely availability of components, efficient supplier coordination and on-time delivery of finished products.The role will work closely with internal departments and external suppliers to monitor production progress, anticipate potential issues and ensure continuity of supply, contributing to the efficiency of the overall production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Production and Order Management: Monitor component orders and production schedules, ensuring timely order placement and production start-up. Follow up with internal departments and suppliers to resolve delays or issues related to missing materials, pending artwork approvals or other production constraints.
• Component and Inventory Management: Monitor component availability and production progress at suppliers. Reconcile physical stock with ERP records, investigate discrepancies and ensure the efficient use of available inventory.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure that all components required for final assembly are available at the designated facilities within the established deadlines, identifying potential bottlenecks and taking proactive action to prevent production delays.
• Logistics and Shipments: Coordinate the collection, transportation and delivery of components and goods between Italian and international suppliers, tracking shipments through to final receipt and promptly managing any delays or delivery issues.
• Delivery Planning and Stock-Out Prevention: Monitor finished product orders and delivery schedules, identify potential stock shortages and coordinate the necessary follow-ups to ensure product availability and business continuity.
• Reporting and Continuous Monitoring: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, components, inventory and deliveries. Prepare periodic reports highlighting production progress, delays, potential risks and corrective actions, escalating critical issues to management when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in supply chain management, production planning or coordination, preferably in a role involving multiple suppliers.
• Experience in the cosmetics, packaging or contract manufacturing industries is considered a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent command of both Italian and English.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
