Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Production Manager to lead the resort’s AV and Entertainment Technical Services team in Dubai. You will oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of AV systems for live performances, coordinating with directors, performers and departments to ensure flawless shows.

Ideal candidates hold a technical theater degree with 5+ years in AV production management, strong leadership, and a thorough knowledge of lighting, sound, video and stage tech.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in AV production management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems, lighting, sound, and stage technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the AV production team to deliver exceptional entertainment experiences.
• Coordinate with creative directors, performers, and departments to meet technical requirements.
• Oversee setup, operation, and maintenance of lighting, sound, video, and effects.
• Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies during technical operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during rehearsals and live shows.
• Maintain inventory and procure/maintain equipment timely.
• Train and mentor technical staff to uphold high standards.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Production Manager to join theresort’s AV and Entertainment Technical Services team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Lead and manage the AV and technical production team to deliver exceptional entertainment experiences.
• Coordinate with creative directors, performers, and other departments to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of AV equipment including lighting, sound, video, and special effects.
• Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all technical operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly during rehearsals and live performances.
• Maintain inventory and ensure timely procurement and maintenance of technical equipment.
• Train and mentor technical staff to uphold high standards of performance and professionalism.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Theater, AV Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AV production management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems, lighting, sound, and stage technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards in live entertainment environments.
