• Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure that all products meet specifications and compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement in quality and efficiency.

• Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Oversee the production budget, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to achieve budget goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production facility.
• Promote a culture of safety and implement training programs to minimize workplace hazards.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure production efficiency and output.
