Job summary

Peergrowth Consultancy Co. in Dubai seeks an accomplished Production Manager to oversee pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. A minimum of 10 years’ experience with audits and SAP implementations is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities include managing production planning, GMP compliance, audits, vendor relationships, continuous improvement, and team leadership, while controlling budgets and resources to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist graduate with any advanced degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) and other relevant SAP modules.
• Extensive experience in managing audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of pharmaceutical production ensuring efficient and compliant operations.
• Develop implement and optimize production plans and schedules aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production processes address issues promptly and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Lead the implementation configuration and optimization of SAP Production Planning (PP) and other relevant modules.
• Collaborate with IT and SAP consultants to tailor solutions to production needs.
• Provide training and support to production staff on SAP functionalities.
• Ensure strict adherence to GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare for and manage internal and external audits including regulatory inspections and certifications.
• Implement and oversee corrective and preventive actions to address audit findings.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analyze production data to drive informed decision-making.
• Manage mentor and develop the production team fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
