We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Lead / Manager to oversee manufacturing operations in the pharmaceutical and personal care industry. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge leadership abilities and a proven track record of ensuring efficient compliant and quality-driven production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily production activities across pharmaceutical and personal care product lines.

• Plan organize and optimize production schedules to meet customer demand and quality standards.

• Monitor and improve operational efficiency productivity and cost control.

• Supervise and mentor production staff ensuring training and development.

• Collaborate with QA/QC R&D supply chain and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety hygiene and environmental regulations.

• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports for management and regulatory audits.

• Drive new product introductions and scaling up of manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy () mandatory.
