Job summary

Transgulf Readymix is seeking a Production Engineer to support planning, coordination and optimization of production activities across our concrete plants in the UAE. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of plans and reliable day-to-day operations.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and 3–5 years of experience in production or heavy industrial environments are preferred, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in production, manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.
• General understanding of production processes, materials and workflows.
• Familiarity with production systems or plant operations is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of performance monitoring, process improvement or KPIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good coordination and communication across teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• UAE driving license preferred.

The successful candidate will contribute to improving workflow efficiency monitoring operational performance and supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity resource utilization and overall system reliability. You will play a key role in aligning production activities with operational requirements identifying areas for improvement and supporting the implementation of structured processes that drive consistency efficiency and continuous improvement across the production environment.

• Bachelors degree in Civil Mechanical Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 35 years of experience in production manufacturing or heavy industrial environments
• General understanding of production processes materials and operational workflows
• Familiarity with production systems or plant-based operations is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of performance monitoring process improvement or operational KPIs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good coordination and communication skills across teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
