Job summary

Dubai-based manufacturing company seeks a skilled Process Engineer to improve manufacturing processes, boost productivity, and uphold high-quality standards. You will collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize factory operations and ensure compliance with regulations.

You will analyze workflows, develop layouts, prepare SOPs, and support equipment evaluation and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in process/manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of process optimization, quality management and production planning.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
