• Own where we play next—countries, products, channels; size the opportunity and call it.
• Stand up new bets 0→1; expand beyond collections into related fintech domains.
• Turn multi-market relationships into a scalable expansion engine with proof before scale.
• Dive deep to solve problems related to regulation, economics and channel margins.
