Job summary

Murphy is seeking a Product Operations Manager to scale the business into new territories. You will deploy into new markets, impose order on chaos, and stand up the operation — then repeat in the next market. You’ll own the expansion playbook, partners and vendors, product quality and enable 1,000x growth of a proven product.

Murphy builds AI voice agents for banks and is live with Santander, Revolut, BBVA and others. You’ll own expansion end to end and help drive rapid, disciplined growth.

Qualifications

• Builder and operator mindset with ability to convert chaos into execution.
• Owns outcomes with a high bar for speed and quality.
• STEM degree; top of the class and technically rigorous.
• AI-native approach; ensures quality is not compromised.
• Learns new fintech domains quickly, even without prior background.

• Productise expansion into new countries with repeatable playbooks.
• Own planning cadence, metrics and prioritisation across bets.
• Dive deep to identify root causes and design elegant solutions.
