Job summary

Abbott in the UAE is seeking a Product Specialist to drive business in the Established Pharmaceuticals division from our Dubai office. You will engage with healthcare professionals, deliver product demonstrations, and manage relationships across an assigned territory.

The role requires 4-6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the UAE, tender management, and fluency in English and Arabic, with a track record of meeting sales targets and building strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the UAE.
• Tender management experience required.
• Primary care therapeutic experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Organizing appointments and meetings with HCPs.
• Meeting business and scientific needs of HCPs.
• Demonstrating and presenting Abbott EPD products to HCPs.
• Building and maintaining a good business relationship with customers.
• Plan and schedules weekly and monthly timetables for the day-to-day activities with clear KPIs.
• Responsible for an assigned geographic area with corresponding sales performance plan.

This position works out of our UAE office in the Established Pharmaceutical division.

What You’ll Do

• Organizing appointments and meetings with HCPs.
• Meeting both the business and scientific needs of HCPs.
• Demonstrating and presenting Abbott EPD products to HCPS.
• Building and maintaining a good business relationship with Customer.
• Plan and schedules weekly and monthly timetables for the day-to-day activities with clear KPIs.
• Responsible for an assigned geographic area with corresponding sales performance plan.

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in thepharmaceutical salesin the UAE market.
• Tender Management experience is required
• Primary care therapeutic segmentexperience is preferred.
• Fluency in Englishand Arabic.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
