Job summary

Hire Rightt - Executive Search & HR Advisory is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead trader-facing mobile and web platforms in Dubai. You will own the roadmap, backlog and trading experience, coordinating with Product, Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Trading and Compliance teams.

You will drive enhancements across orders, positions, pricing, charts, data, margins and notifications while integrating MT4/MT5, cTrader/DxTrade and proprietary platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in Forex/CFD/online trading or fintech.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end trading lifecycle and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, backlog and prioritisation for mobile and web trading platforms.
• Translate business and client needs into user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Drive improvements across core trading features including orders, positions, SL/TP, charts, pricing, market data, margin, trading history and notifications.
• Work with Trading and Technology teams on execution, pricing, instruments and platform behaviour.
• Manage integrations across MT4/MT5, cTrader/DxTrade/proprietary platforms, CRM, Client Area, Payments, KYC and Back Office.
• Analyse trader behaviour, product data and feedback to improve usability, engagement and platform performance.
• Collaborate with UX/UI and Engineering teams through development, UAT and release.
• Monitor product KPIs and conduct market/competitor analysis.
• Maintain product documentation and manage risks, dependencies and delivery blockers.
• Leverage AI/LLM tools where appropriate to support product development and documentation.

The role will own the product roadmap, backlog and trading experience, working closely with Product, Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Trading and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager within Forex, CFDs, online trading or fintech.
• Strong practical understanding of Forex/CFD trading and the end-to-end trading lifecycle.
• Experience with mobile and web trading platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of MT4/MT5, cTrader, DxTrade, ICTrade or proprietary trading platforms.
• Strong understanding of orders, execution, positions, pricing, spreads, leverage, margin and trading history.
• Experience with roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, Agile/Scrum and Jira/Confluence.
• Good understanding of APIs, system integrations and the broader brokerage ecosystem.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT or a related field.
